Dave Dodd 12-08-2014 10:09 PM

Myself - off road - cougar or cat (2wd) on foams
Abi - clubman using a m03 with silvercan.

ste_lazzaro 13-08-2014 11:29 AM

Hi!
Off Road B42 on foams for me!

The Doctor 14-08-2014 11:25 PM

Video killed the radio star and foams killed off-road. Nooooo! It's like pouring custard on roast beef - it's just not right.

I will be racing my Jaaaag!

On foams?

The Doctor 15-08-2014 08:41 AM

Yes, but it's flat-pan so foams are meant for it. Like Mr Whippy and a Flake. I'll run it with 13.5T 2S.

Chris56 15-08-2014 07:10 PM

Here are my weapons of choice. Bit OCD with the colour schemes!

Sorry Paul, keeps me racing lol.

I can relate to that Dave!

Chris - love the Gulf liveries, although I'm surprised they're not Ebay special "MILF" designs.

What's underneath the shells? A Brat and a ? And is the Brat an ABS shell? I look forward to getting the dustpan & brush out and sweeping up the bits like we did with the Lotus...

And finally, is that Artex on the wall, or did you somehow glue that bookshelf to the ceiling and re-orient the photo?

Could have been GILF which would have been even worse.

Chris56 16-08-2014 06:41 PM

GILF Brat lol!

Its a cheap polycarb shell - i've got the original ABS one which a didn't want to race but the sight of you running round the track with a dustpan and brush might convince me to do otherwise!

Other GILF is a HBao H4e, 17.5t blinky.

Oh and that artex, yeah its nasty and its a sloping ceiling and the bookcase is screwed to it! Too much hassle to remove, besides it gives the house 70s retro character

On a very serious note now, I will run my SupaStox for a change.
When are we back inside? I fancy doing some filming with my DJI s900 but not sure inside is a good idea......... Maybe the club could swap the bags in for hard hats??:)

The Doctor 18-08-2014 07:43 AM
