Help - Is this soldering iron suitable
 

Hi Guys,

I was offered a weller soldering iron station yesterday which is a 50w iron with a power supply, it doesn't have a adjustable temp control on it, just a on/off switch, my question given was around the 50w power, it has a big tip but will 50w be suitable for my rc car soldering work ?

Appreciate a yes or no from any of you in the know as I may get it this weekend.

50w should be fine I use a cheep maplin 30w one and it dose the job fine so it should be more than up to the job
