Spencer, I did reply to your email on wednseday, but it just kept bouncing back to us. It appears that there is a problem with "hotmail" accounts at presnt since we replied to about 150 emails this week and all the hotmail accounts bounced back (approx 20 emails). They are all being re-forwarded today to see if the "hotmail problem" is sorted out now.
I did see your PM this morning on here from late yesterday afternnon, but I was not on oOple last night since I was out (I think my missus Michele came on and answered a few simple questions under our account before anyone says I was)
Below is the statement from the service providers

MFG mail cluster blacklised by Hotmail
We regret to inform that Hotmail has blacklisted our mail server cluster, customers might experience issues sending emails from and to hotmail accounts.
The removal has been requested and it will be removed on Friday 31st October 15:00
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
To provide an update on what Hostway UK is doing to prevent this issue from happening in the future we would like to inform our customers that we are currently in the process of joining Microsoft's Junk Mail reporting scheme.
Hostway.co.uk has passed the initial qualifications for enrollment into the JMR Partner Program. Our next step will be to establish a Junk E-Mail Reporting Agreement with them, which we will be starting in short.
The JMR program is a long-term solution that Hotmail offers as an option for senders who have been blocked due to excessive reports of unwanted e-mail complaints by Windows Live Hotmail customers. Enrollment in this program will benefit Hostway as a sender as it will help us keep our e-mail lists updated and populated with interested MSN Hotmail Customers who want to receive our e-mails; as Hotmail will provide us with a list of MSN Hotmail Customers who do not want to receive e-mails from our company. It can also be used to identify which accounts on our system are being used to send spam.
Please be aware that this is not a 'white listing service' or 'safelist.' but it will help us in assuring that we are doing everything possible to limit the impact on our customers.
Further security implementations are already being studied by our developers both in Hannover and Chicago but there is no ETA for these as of yet.
