B-Max2 wishbones

Last weekend I broke a rear wishbone so thought I'd better stock up. I notice that there are 2 versions of yokomo wishbone for both front and rear. These are called B2-008F or B2-008R (for front or rear) but then there is also the same with an "M" after the code and these are referred to as "medium".
My question is - what does medium refer to? Is it strength? Length? Flex?
I have ordered the standard wishbones, but was just intrigued by the option of something I have no idea what the difference is
Thanks

I think it is the material strength that is changing theoretically more flex = more mechanical grip as the wishbones allow the wheel to stay in contact with the ground for longer by allowing the wheel to move over small bumps and ruts that spring and damper won't move for.
But the downside is that it slows ablity of the chassis to change direction because the wishbone is moving /compressing under load instead of transferring the force to the wheel.

But it may be the BMAX II short wishbones which apparently narrow the rear track and allow more weight transfer to the front.

It refers to the flex. The M is softer than the normal wishbones.
