Brand new in the packet Yellow 24/25mm mini pins and hard foam inserts with a set of used 5 spoke wheels. These have all been sitting in a storage box for a couple of years so the very tips of the pins have started to discolour but the rest of them is nice and black. The wheels have never been glued.
