nosram dominator power lrp qc2 user guide

I have a nosram dominator power speedo but dont have any set up instructions for it. I know it is the same as the lrp qc2 and that they used to have the user guide on their website. If you try the link now it just shows an error message. Can anyone help me out here with how to set it up?
