tyre boxes

What do people use for storing and transporting wheels and tyres? Is there anything on the market specifically for 1/10 buggy or is there something else ideal for the job out there?

I just use a cardboard box.

I use an 18L Really Useful Box:

Get loads of pairs in, all my current race tyres for two cars and anything like proline dirt tyres that I don't take to all meetings stay at home sealed in bags until they are needed. New/recycled wheels and inserts stay in a big bag under my work desk, with normally just one set in the box just incase. I;ve always got new tyres glued and mounted ready.

Get some 4mm stud bar and a load of wing nuts from a fastener supplier, this helps keep pairs/sets together.

I just use a zip tie. Push it through and just loop it back in the last tyre and it wont come loose. A full set easy and cheap.http://i988.photobucket.com/albums/a...2009/003-3.jpg

Zip tie all the way!

I use yellow, white, blue and green for the yellow, silver, blue and green Schumacher compounds.

I use these plastic boxes, you can get 4 rears and 4 4wd fronts in each box. Makes storing wheel sets very easy.
