New motor question

Hi all,

I currently only have one motor a speed passion 7.5t and was looking to get another, maybe a 8.5 or 9.5. The speed passions are around the £30-40 but other brands such as Orion, thunder power etc seem to average over double the price. The question i have is why such a big price gap and is the difference noticeable?

I believe SP have the new V4 motors coming soon so they could be reduced to clear the V3 ones?

That is what I'd heard too. I use a SP 9.5 turn in my 2wd and it is lovely and smooth. No complaints about it at all.
HPI proflux are also similarly priced and are also good in my experience
