What front bumper?

Does anyone know what this is? What it's from? Is it home made? Any ideas?

The Meteors bumper had rounded ends.

Stinger has 4 mounting holes and shaped differently

Parma used to make replacement bumpers for various buggies. I had one on my Boomerang. Could this be a Parma bumper for something like a Mardave?
