looks like a homebrew chassis for something like a mardave. the plastic upright is a chassis brace from a cougar 2000 and in terms of hole spacing the back looks about right for a mardave motor pod, strange why it has two sets of bolts at the front though, an old beam axle would only need one set.......

Mounts for front suspension make me wonder if it is a homemade chasiss for an original Bolink 10 that Schumacher distributed before the CAT cars. I reckon the slots could be an attempt to get a bit of flex in place of suspension as they were basically pan cars with off road tyres:

Homemade chassis for a 1/12th stockcar, made in black painted fibreglass. You can see the line of holes to attach the moulded stockcar bumpers/chassis from the holes next to the start of the cutouts. Front end bolt pattern is to fit early Associated suspension blocks, rear will be Mardave motor and axle mount.
