Thumbs Design Layshaft
 

Hi and thanks for looking.

I have 3 Carisma GTB's I am getting ready for me the wife and the boy to start racing.

I purchased 2 sets of the Thumbs design layshaft.

I have the same problem on both cars, which are also fitted with the blue alloy motor mount.

The problem is when I install the new layshaft it is pushing the 2 halfs apart. The motor mount and the opposite side away from each other, so when you lay the top deck and rear gearbox cover the holes do not line up.

No doubt this is something I have done wrong but any help very much appreciated.
