Entry Fee £10 Seniors and £5 Juniors (under 16 on 1st Jan 2014) Per Class
Pay on the day. PT’s are mandatory at BRCA meetings
All Lipo Batteries MUST be charged in a suitable Lipo Sack
Check your Batteries and motor are on the BRCA list :-

If not , then please don’t enter for fear of being disqualified.
Suitable tyres , Dry Schumacher minispikes (yellows) or Ballistic Buggy Spikes (White)
Wet, Ballistic Buggy Spikes (Green)
Footwear , any suitable for British Weather , Wellies or boots if wet. Definitely no Flip-Flops .
Snacks and Drinks available from club house on a DIY basis and Honesty Box.
We do have a use of a Microwave.
Opening times and booking in will be posted nearer the time.

To keep the meeting capped at 11 heats, there is 1 space in 4wd
and 3 places in 2wd.

BRCA Cards
 

Please note that every driver who has entered Round 1 of Northwest Regional
at Southport MUST have their BRCA Card with them.
Simply No Card = No Race No Excuses.

time table
 

Gates open at 8am with booking soon after.
8:45am Timed practice (with stop watch)
9:45am Drivers briefing
10am Heat 1 on the line.
Finish approx 6pm.

Tuck Shop
 

Do to circumstances beyond our control there will be no tuck shop at the Regional tomorrow.
Can Drivers please make arrangements to bring their own food and drink

I am afraid I am the same position as you as I live 20 miles away.
I am sure our club rep. and Stu Jones are in negotiations.
They will make the decision ASAP.
