tm2 v2 - flipping the rear wishbones/shocks and bleeding the shocks

Can I flip the rear wishbone backward with rear shocks mounted on the back of shock tower without big changes to handling?

Also how do you bleed the bleeder style shocks? Am I doing it right by
1) fill it to brim on shock body,
2) move the shaft to let the bubbles out
3) fill the oil on cap
4) screw it together,
5) remove the bleeder screw
6) let the oil come out. (how much oil should come out?)
7) put the bleeder screw back in.

Fill shock body just over 3/4's full move the shaft up an down to release bubbles, fill shock body to the top so the oil makes a little dome, put cap on an tilt about 45 degrees with bleed whole at the top, push shock shaft all the way in so excess oil comes out the put the bleed screw back in while shock shaft is fully compressed
