Maifield and other pro's rear wings

Hey guys,
Anyone know how they get the effect on Ryan Maifields rear wing? like the frosted effect?
Its looks like a clear wing but if you look close its not...
Thanks

Maifields looks just scratched but if you look at jason ruona's car it looks different

Pretty sure it's just a trick of the light when the cars are photographed.

Tamiya do a frosting paint. well its like a semi-clear coat which gives this effect to wings. I'll find the paint code.

Scotchbrite pad , try and sand in one direction. Front to back works best

Tamiya PS 55 is the clear Matt paint that does the job or as posted you could just buff it with the pad.
