fastrax mega hauller parts or damaged , complete cheap
 

has anyone got a fastrax mega hauller that they want to get ridd off cheap , i'm only after just the handle mechanism ( the cast peice that goes on the handle) but will buy a complete one at a resonable price ..

Have you tried CML? I managed to get a complete handle mechanism for mine.

yeah mate , phoned them this morning , but cos ive not got any receipt ( had it a while now ) they won't do /can't do anything , i can't even buy one from them :confused: the bloke said , then only other thing is to buy a new hauller :cry:

Who did u speak to?

Hav'nt got a clue , just whoever answered the phone , they spoke to someone in the warranty department , and said they would have to take one off a new hauller , but as i've not got a receipt , they can't / won't do anything :thumbdown:

i understand you spoke with someone at CML this morning regarding this? i believe as you have no receipt and no idea where you purchased it from we wouldn’t cover it under warranty! is this correct? which isn’t unreasonable considering we don’t know that its even come from CML etc.
The handle isn’t available as a separate item BUT if you contact me [email protected] i will arrange a replacement at a cost for you!

Hi thanks for your help , i have just sent an email to you , and have also explanined in more detail , which shop ( either one of 2 of my local shops , but only one left now !! ) it was purchased from .

Also again as i said , i assummed it was aquired from cml distribution , but obiusly we don't find out where the shops get them from !!

and yes i'm sorry for losing my receipt , but i'd better get another spare room done just for my receipts !! ..
