Scumacher web site ordering

Tried to order via official web site but got to the payment part, put my details in and the next page said error. Ive emailed them on Wednesday but nothing yet. I need the bits asap. Anybody else had this bother?

RSharpy 11-10-2008 09:44 AM

I have never ordered via the website, so can't comment on that. I order my bits by phone and they are normaly with me the next day.

If you give them a bell Monday morning, 01604790580 I have no doubt your parts will be with you the next day. You could maybe metion the problems you have had, so if they have any technical issues they can get them resolved. :)

I've had this before and ended up ordering over the phone.
I did tell them about the problem but they insisted that the
website was working ok. Maybe it's a I.E setting, is anyone
else having this problem? Anyone from Schumacher
with a fix for this?

Alex

(Tongue in cheek) Yeah, order from your local model shop (postage would be a lot less for one).........

My local shop are just rip off merchants so I refuse to go there.
I'll order from MK when they get all the spares in (if they haven't already)

Ordered from Schumacher twice.
Can't fault there service and delivery. Next day.
On Par with DMS and MK Racing.
Price for Postage very good and most things in stock.
Keep up the good work.

Just to add, we do have the full range of spares and Speed Secret parts in stock for the SX (well at least everything that Schumacher have been able to produce so far) and we will be continuing to support and carry all the CAT SX parts from our stocks. To add our postage costs start from just 95p on small parts and ends at £1.95 (Schumacher start at £2.35!)

Totally agree. When I ordered by phone it was delivered
very quickly. They just seem to be having trouble
with the online shopping option.

James 11-10-2008 09:07 PM

I ordered online on wednesday and again today, no probs here

chris68nufc 11-10-2008 09:42 PM

I have emailed them also. Hopefully i will get a chance next week to ring them and find out all of the part numbers that i want. I much prefer online ordering as its so much quicker normally so i hope they get it sorted. I also dont like ordering from a shop online that doesnt show stock numbers. You get the order and its always missing the bits you need.

Darren Boyle 11-10-2008 10:21 PM

Fair play, we dont show stock levels since when being out and about at the race tracks our website cant reflect what we have just sold trackside, so if if wasnt going to be accurate we did not want "live stock" at all, but we are only ever out of stock of what Schumacher are out of stock of, and somtimes we have stock of their own items that they dont even have!!!! (For instance the Schuey website is showing all this weeknd that they are out of stock of both types of Cat SX kits, we have both in stock on the shelf)

Anyone from Schumacher
with a fix for this?

Hi Chris, I shall have a word with our website guy on monday as we aren't obviously in the office over the weekend. As for your email as you can appreciate we get hundreds every day from all over the world so Im sure someone has either not got to it yet or its got filtered out the system for some reason. As Richard has said give us a call at the office monday or send me a pm through here and shall try helping you out. Or as Darren has said try your local model shop or an online dealer like himself as they may have what your looking for if you need it urgently over the weekend. Hope this helps you out.

Just oredered online today and it worked ok.
I don't know why it hasn't worked in the past,
but does now, as I haven't changed any security
settings ect. on my computer. But at the end of
the day it's just good that it's all working ok now.

chris68nufc 12-10-2008 06:26 PM

Just tried again. My card is a Maestro card and doesnt have an issue number but the system wont let me leave that box blank. Looks like i will have to do it tomorrow if i get the time. Not good

muzzy 12-10-2008 06:51 PM
