Truck for racing/bashing/everything!!??

Hi all,

If this is not a tall order, can you recommend a truck that would be as happy to 'bash' as it would to throw some carpet tyres on it and race indoor - maybe with the odd outdoor race too.

So I guess I'm saying it would be the family 'pool' car at the weekends and a race car in the week :D

Is this possible for one car?

I'd like more of a monster truck look too.

Cheers!

Traxxas Slash 4x4, a great all rounder and very very strong! I have one for racing and is now (with some upgrades) pretty competitive taking all the heat wins and finals from the last 3 wks at Silverstone.

Its equally at home being hemmered at parks / skate parks / car parks / gravel / dirt etc. It just keeps going.

The only ball ache is cleaning it after bashing so its in nice clean shape for racing indoor. If racing on astro look out for the new Pro-Line PinPoint tyres, they are awesome!!

you can see my tuck here from post #143 http://www.oople.com/forums/showthre...t=67048&page=8

Thanks

As a combined basher/racer not much can touch the SCTE from Losi (esp the 2.0 version)
The Slash is a great basher but the Losi is a better handling truck and also very strong.
Had a Slash and it was great in a field, but on track it was just ok.
