As per title is a meeting happening outdoors?

We have planned to hold a meeting. Arrive 10 am for track preparation and meeting will finish no later than 4 pm.

The weather forecast is shockingly unappealing. Rain predicted from 11-4 :(

I sent out a text for a meeting as it is clear and dry at the moment but everyone will obviously make their choice as to whether to risk it or not.
