It came with one of my cars and has Dolmen written on the top.

Yup, good old hitec. Sold under the Aristocraft name too. I think it came with the Dolphin/Kangaroo/Koala rtr with esc versions

Are old speedos and radio equipment worth anything?

Some people collect them, but as far as using them not really. This speed control for example would let the smoke out if the car next to you had a hot motor lol
