k1 alloy wishbone mount info

hi :thumbsup: , ran my k1 today and loved it :wub , just bought some 2nd hand alloy wishbone hangers , but can't find any info for getting the anti squat / rear toe , settings the same as with the std plastic mounts .. any info ??

Basically each 0.5 mm washer = 0.65 degrees
K1 standard is 2degrees anti squat and 3 degrees rear toe in.
