Mini 8 gearing help

Hi I'm after a bit of gearing advice I've got my mini 8 with a 4500 losi motor ATM with kit spur which piñon would be best suited also I'm getting a 5700 carisma motor what pinio should I get for it thanks any advice is greatly received
