Hi guys, i know most of us are bargain hunters here and i'm failing to find microsoft office anywhere cheeeeeeap.
Would anyone know where is the best place to get it?

If you have children and they are at school you may get the education/student license which is around £40. Just have to prove to them the educational establishment that they are at. Apart from that the next cheapest option is OEM versions such as those available from Software Select.

anyone working for the NHS can get the full professional suite for £17! result!

or as said, open office is free and compatible.

Jim - it's not just the NHS that can get it for £17, it is any civial servant. It is done under the home working scheme to allow you to work from home when required, the trouble is I now have the latest office at home and then Office '97 at work!

all new office doc's can be saved in old 97 -2003 format,

wasn't sure about the rest, but i knew it applied to the NHS. I'm in the same boat as you! Cunning scheme! :confused:
