MBV has opened its registation for the 2007 Belguim GP.

GRAND PRIX KAMPENHOUT 6 - 7 - 8 July 2007

Hello GP drivers,

MBV Kampenhout vzw is pleased to invite you to their annual GRAND PRIX.
A few things are new this year. The 2007 Grand Prix is an open international race, not an Efra GP. Over the years the profile of our GP has evolved in a direction that made it difficult to comply with all Efra rules regarding licences. This change in no way should be seen as an anti-Efra move, it is just the reflection of an actual situation.
Also new is the payment in advance. Last year we had a full entry from February on, resulting in drivers being put on a reserve list, and finally empty spots on the starting grid due to last minute cancellations. So to avoid a repeat of this situation the entries will only be confirmed after receiving payment.

Track situated in the "Park van Relst", Aarschotsebaan 128, 1910 Kampenhout (Relst), Belgium.

Free practice on Friday, 2wd on Saturday, 4wd and truck on Sunday.
90 places in 2WD, 60 in 4wd and 10 in truck, maximum 2 classes per driver.

Entries by e-mail, the entry form with details of payment options follows. No refund when your entry is confirmed. Of course we will refund you in case we are fully booked and can not accept your entry.

Hotel info on: www.hotels-belgium.com
Brussels, Leuven, Mechelen are cities within a 20 km range. A list of nearby hotels will be sent out next month.
Camping in the park is allowed during the event, limited facilities available.

Hope to see you in July,

Willy & Liliane.

stefke 13-11-2006 03:17 PM

Bruno,

Kan je bevestigen dat je mijn formulier en geldtransfer via Paypal hebt gekregen ? Wil het echt niet missen dit jaar.

To everybody else : sorry for the Dutch chatter here :D

Hi im hoping someone has worked this out already..

Does anyone know about a total cost? for the whole thing.. Doing it properly;) Thanks Nick.

spenner 13-11-2006 06:39 PM

Entry fee for both classes is £34 or 50 Euro's
Tyres are Schumacher yellow mini pins
Not sure on ferry or shuttle prices.
I would say it will cost you around the same as any national.
Beer and food etc is cheap out there.

elvo 13-11-2006 10:08 PM

Steph: check je mail. Confirmatie wordt via e-mail gegeven.

Slimboyfat 13-11-2006 10:08 PM

Me and Scott Whyman no's 77 and 78.

super__dan 13-11-2006 11:07 PM

are you doing 4wd too as there was only 60 places?

Slimboyfat 14-11-2006 12:18 AM

yes Dan - Got confirmation we're in for both classes. Funny though as thats what i thought at the time.

elvo 14-11-2006 10:17 AM

Not everyone is doing both 4WD and 2WD, so confirmation numbers can go higher than 60! They'll probably go up to 80 or so...

elvo 14-11-2006 11:02 AM

10 spots left in 2WD
3 in 4WD
1 in truck
