gear diff advice needed

Hi I want to try out gear diffs in my T4/x4 te any one know what oil I should try front and rear I be running on carpet / wood at maritime

10,000cSt all round will make it handle like a slot car....

7,000cSt in the front, and 5,000cSt in the rear will work pretty much everywhere and isn't so hectic to drive.
