Shock oil help

Okay! Running my new Xb4 4wd buggy indoors, high grip, no real big jumps. Can anyone suggest a good starting point with regards to shock oils back and front please.....

Thanks

Get yourself onto xray sheet up sheets, and look for niggs98 I think, good setup for shocks

Depends on other sections of the track. If there is a lot of flat carpet and sections you can easily get away with anything between 40-50w front and and 30-35wt rear.

If there are any sections that require the shocks to respond fast like small ripple or bumpy sections, your looking lower with bigger piston holes also, something like 35wt front, 30wt rear, even 32.5wt front, 27.5wt rear. I am running the last example in my own XB4 on a fairly smooth carpet track, no bumpy sections, however it's a 50/50 split of carpet and polished floor, hence the low oil or it would be much higher.

Take each track on it's own merits.
