Exotek RB6 rear hangers

Guys i have just got myself some Exotek Rear hangers (and a rb6 for that matter) and they come in Narrow and wide versions.

Im just wondering what difference it makes between the two when fitted on the car and when should they be used?

Use narrows if you need more rear grip, use wides if you're looking for more steering.
