B4 Factory Team Front Wheel Screw
 

Just put my front wheels on, the screws for holding them seem to have a very small head, as if the wheels could pop off over them, is that right or should I run washers too??

The wheel bearing will not go over that screw head, but I do understand your concerns, I thought the very same when I first built my X6........
But I still opted to fit the optional titanium axles from Lunsford since they used a good old fashioned solid nut!

Hmm, I am guessing you may have them in? Sure I've bought some Lunsford stuff from you before!!
