V2 bridge problems

I've downloaded the software, plugged in the bridge but the blue light keeps flashing.
I've tried different sensor leads, the esc is not connected to lipo and the switch is off as per instructions!!
I'm using lrp update tool 2.0.7
Esc is flow works
Any ideas welcome

are you using windows 8 by any chance because it don't work on windows 8 for some reason
