Charging 2 x 2s

I know you can safely charge a pair of 2s packs as a virtual 4s, if the charger has enough grunt. Mine does.
Rather than making my own harness to connect the two (and provide balancing as well) does anyone make one?
I've had a look round but don't seem to be able to find anything that'll do the job. Not sure if it's my sub standard Google-fu, or if I'm just looking for hens teeth......

A few options out there.

This sounds like its what you need, but you may have to change the main +/1 connectors to match what you use.

You'll need this:

And this:

You need to read the instructions which come with the dual pack balance board very carefully, because if you connect the cells/balance taps up the wrong way round it will short out both packs instantly.

Also keep a close eye on things when the packs are almost charged (when the charge rate goes below 0.5A) because in my experience, although the cells in 2S packs are matched with each other, that doesn't necessarily mean they're resistance matched with another 2S even if they're identical so sometimes you can end up with one overcharged and one undercharged pack.

To be honest I gave up doing this about 18 months ago due to this, it's OK if you're really pushed for time but if possible a better solution might be to get another charger.

I made two of these for my 1/8 car. If your using stick packs with the 4mm plugs then it's the best way to do it and very easy.
