Speed Passion LCD box
 

Ok.. i updated my lcd box from speed passion firmware to hobbywing firmware to use on a different hw esc, ive now got rid of the hobbywing esc and want to use it for my old sp esc but its saying i cant downgrade the firmware..

Have i pretty much rendered this lcd box useless? Or is there a way to flash it and start again?

Yep I'm afraid...I did exactly the same thing

Doesn't matter though cause you can still use the HW firmware with the SP Firware

Btw...this doesn't render it useless lol...you can still use it

Do you mean as in stick the hobbywing software on my speed passion esc and use it like that?

you can do either really.

i still use sp firmware on my gt 2.0 but hw firmware on my prog box

works perfectly
