KF Chassis Protectors

After lots of requests i'm now making chassis protectors for the Schumacher KF to go along with the K1 here...http://www.oople.com/forums/showthre...sis+protectors

Designed to help protect the chassis when not running an undertray these self adhesive sheets are cut to the outline of the chassis and also have all the screw holes cut out meaning that unlike the usual protection sheets, you can work on the car without removing it.

They're made from a thick "stone chip" vinyl designed to protect "proper" cars from stone chip damage, it's a tough CLEAR vinyl and certainly stops the majority of damage to the chassis.

I can also make these from BLACK textured carbon fibre vinyl which does give less protection than the clear but does look real good....

I'm currently selling these for £3.75 each plus £1.25 postage (combined if you buy more than 1)
Pm me for payment details etc.

This Chassis has a black Carbon effect protector already on...

Got mine yesterday and fits perfectly as well as the one for my K1. With the holes precut for the screws it makes lining up very easy.

Top quality product and awesome service.

How thick are they compared to the associated sheets?

Hi.
To be honest i haven't bought an associated sheet in years.
The material i use for the chassis protectors is 320 micron thick and i don't think there's too much difference between the 2.

Cheers.

Quick update just to let you know that i have extended the KF chassis protector so that it now fits under the front bumper rather than only covering the CF chassis...

Hi Andy

Are you by any chance at Silverstone tomorrow for the winter series.

Hi Andy,

Love the one I have on my KF already - are you doing ones for the low grip chassis too?

Hi.
I'm currently only making these in the clear or black carbon - i haven't found any coloured carbon for the right price that is up to the job.

Hi Mate.
Unfortunately not at the moment - i haven't had any requests before now but i'll keep an eye on demand for these.

I'll be interested in one for the low grip chassis once I get the conversion :)

I received my standard protector yesterday with thanks

I would have a couple of protectors for the low grip chassis if you could be persuaded to make them?
It looks like the low grip chassis is / will be pretty popular as it appears to work well in a variety of grip levels, not just low!
So I would expect demand to be pretty good, they've sold loads of KFs.
