cheap roller with spares for young newbie
 

Hi. Im looking for a cheap off road roller for my ten year old son. Ive got radio gear but will also need motor and speedo. Im thinking of starting him off with a silvercan to reduce breakages. I could also do with some cheap nimh cells as well as im not comfortable with him charging lipos on his own.

Thanks but im after something a little cheaper than that. Its going to take some serious abuse. You should see his driving!

hi ive got 2 xfactory x6 one and £60 and one at £ 40 plus postage, and yes the £60 one is in better condition and they are prety tough and spares are easy to get

Got a B3 with brushed motor and Schumacher speedo. Clean and tidy, works well. Got spares for just about every part, multiple front and rear wishbones uprights etc. Spare chassis just in case.

Spares are still easily got tho, here and ebay US.

I used another B3 to et back into RC after 20 year break, and our 13, now 15 yr old lad has used his to start racing, and ihas just recently swopped to using an X6.

Sold one of them this week, no electrics, on ebay for £28.

So how about 55 quid for car, motor, speedo, spares posted in the UK? I can list and agree all the spares first though. Can probably chuck in a couple of decent capacity and performing Nimhs too.
