Assuming you mean North-East (as it's in this section), I'd say PM Northy

And why not? the more clubs involved in the regionals the better, more rounds, more racing!!!

I know that the North East of England will be applying for 2 Indoor Regionals so we will have 2 to go to. Maybe some people will think its too far to travel tho. Diesel is still expensive.

yeh, I agree chris some people would not book in for the rounds that are too far away for them, but some would and would be willing to travel, at least if there is more rounds you have the choice:)

Does any one know if where going to be allowed to run LIPO's??? We really need to support the usage of them!!

If not i think attendance will be down.

chris68nufc 29-09-2008 07:36 PM

After speaking to a few top drivers from the North East Region at Worksop, im pretty sure that this years indoor Regionals will not be very well attended by low Formula grade drivers. I really dont see the point of doing indoor Regionals if there arent many top drivers there. Whats the point of making the A final if the standard isnt very good? I can accept that if the BRCA doesnt allow Li-po cells for indoor series due to safety grounds then fair enough. At Worksop recently i used Li-po and charged them in my Li-po sack without any problems. I hope for the good of the north east region that Li-po will be allowed. Dont think they will tho!!

We've had Ni-Mh cells exploding indoors so what's the difference  or is it that there not BRCA approve yet?

Recent BRCA 12th National had a Ni-Mh let go indoors and they haven't banned them, yet.

Lee 30-09-2008 01:52 PM

They are not approved for brca events and and the regionals are brca events.

Sorry boys ;)
