Racing resumes this Saturday with round 2 of 2wd/540 championship. This round will be run to the rules agreed at the AGM. ie there will be a class for 2wd only with sealed can 20t motors, and a separate class for 2wd/4wd with
17.5t brushless running in "blinky" mode. 2wd Mod will run as usual. There will also be a non-champ heat for 4wd. No trucks by anyone please, you will have your turn later.
Congrats to YORCC/RHR on being awarded the 2015 Euros.

Mike, how is the blinky mode going to be policed? I'm planning on racing 540 this weekend given its a points night, if i race my 2wd the speedo doesnt have a blinky mode, but it also doesnt have the ability to have timing modified...

Are motors going to be checked also to make sure someone isnt running tons of motor timing?

I'll bring 17.5's in both cars just in case, but this is something that needs thinking about.
