Can you do something about the Severn bridge toll?

Though my solution to that would be to build some sort of direct link road...like a wall or barrier type thing...with a road on top, between Cardiff and Weston...if only someone would come up with a way to deal with the ecological issues we'd all be laughing!!!

Tom why not assemble the Welsh crew in Chepstow then all get in the smallest number of cars as possible and share the cost!!!

Personally I drive around the river via Gloucester but I know that won't work for you guys!!
