Yokomo Durable
Hello all.
How dos the Yokomo plastic/molded/Suspention Arm's and so on parts hold up, are they as good as the xray stuff ore? Best Regards. |
Yeah the Yok stuff is solid. 2wd all I have broken is an idler gear. Can't remember the last time I broke something on my 4wd.
Great cars. |

Do you know if Yokomo have a site with setups for there cars, like TD and so on have? |
I've broken front wishbones on my xray xb4, but nothing whatsoever on my yok. I did pull a rear turn buckle end off the thread on the longest link setting, but that is all.
I've seen a plastic rear hub break on someone else's car, plus plastic idler go. I've also whitnessed a bmax 2 driven at a solid wall post which normally rips off wishbones and kills bulkheads, but the yok just popped out a knuckle arm out the C hub, which screwed back in please with no damage and parts needed. The car is solid. |
I've had some cringe worthy crashes expecting the car to be handed back in bits but I've not broken a thing. 10/10 for durability.
