I've packed low profile cut staggers with a 4wd front insert and fitted to wide wheels to provide a "low aggression" version of this setup, works well when the standard narrow+no insert combination is a bit too snappy

I know Nick Caro tried low profile cuts with inserts and so has Gav. They are slightly less aggressive than the non insert option but apparently the car landed off bigger jumps better due to the more packed front tyre.

I've not run them with inserts as I prefer a fairly pointy front end.
