Brushless motor wont spin unless i spin it?

I got this motor speed passion motor 7.5R, it wont spin unless i give it twist on the shaft. it will spin up/down like normal, and start from standstill.

I swapped the spare sensor board all seem ok.... is this motor fit for bin?

Is you speed control working correctly on another motor?

no, but the faulty sensor board is!

Try a different motor with the speedo - there could be a phase gone in the speedo.

i have 3 working motor, it works ok even with swapped sensor board from broken motor...

ESC works fine with 3 working motors..

most strange issue. i think coils in the motor is damaged ?
