B4.1 front end to 12mm hexes
New to associateds and want to convert the front hubs on my c4.1 to front hexes what parts do I need
( im a fan of jconcepts) |
Hi,
You need the hex steering blocks (AS9880) Hex axles either the AE (AS9880) or the JC (JC2169) I've found the JC axles better. You'll also need the hexes, AVID / JConcepts / Proline front alloy hexes. OR AE do a plastic version as well. Don't forget the hex wheels, AVID / JConcepts / Proline / AE. MiCk B. :-) |
brilliant reply from Mick.. not sure of the benefit of hexes on front wheels 2wd ? obvious benefit on driven wheels , but rolling wheels ?

The benefit is superfical i like jconcepts mono wheels

Well,
No bearings in the wheels is a bonus. Much easier to change wheels trackside. MiCk B. :-) |
Was considering converting my Centro to front hexes does anyone do a slim front wheel?
