last nights racing, excellent.

Great night last night. Really good friendly atmosphere as usual.

Awesome track design by james. Jumps were ace.

Hats off to nori for digging deep into his own pockets and buying rc3 timing equiptment.

PTs will be working soon.

I also hear that those who need pt's should get a cracking deal through the club/nori.

Yes we enjoyed it too , the track was great and the jump is a perfect size
I'm glad nori has got a deal on the pts as I'm having to get 2 ,
Did you catch your train Danny ?

NeilRalph77 19-10-2013 03:41 PM

Which model PT's are you getting?

NeilRalph77 19-10-2013 03:55 PM

No idea Neil it's my first one ive bought

New style RC4 compatible MRT's as a club group buy. Nori will post details for members.

New(ish) RC3 decoder, keeping as RC3 certainly for now.

NeilRalph77 19-10-2013 05:34 PM

He maybe able to get a mylaps/AMB deal as group purchase, there was a club on here not that long ago I'm sure doing it as a member deal with a MRT trade in option, I could be wrong but I'm sure I remember it and it may work out better in future if eventually RC4 is surpassed by RC5 you would think they would support their early products like this time round.

i agree it was a great nights racing with a cracking track. The crossover jump was a great addition and challenge. Thanks to nori for sorting the new PT gear out will be cool to have those. Can't wait for Friday for another night of racing with every1

Get your Centro built Tilly ;-)

Fantastic racing last friday, the new jumps were great, just the right amount of kickup transition to clear the crossover track. looking forward to next friday now.

Will a 6.5 motor (4wd) be ok to run here?

Tilly 20-10-2013 03:46 PM

I don't know if 'll have time to get it done and spray the shell before Friday. Don't want to rush it n make a mess of it. I'll do my best but no promises neal :-). I run a 6.5 turn motor in my 2wd but i have it turned down 20% to make it more drivable in such a small space

Dodgy Guy 20-10-2013 04:02 PM

I'll come give it a try next meeting.
Thanks

I run a 7.5 in my 2wd, high point turned down to 75%.
I probably turn down more in 4wd with the 7.5, and the 5.5 was manic, turned it down past 50%. Last Friday I ran my 10.5 and then car was really drivable, had it turned down a bit too.

6.5 will be fine, just turn high point down a touch.

I'll get last Friday's videos online later.
