c4.2

has any one run one yet and what you think compared to c4.1

I ran mine on bumpy grass and it was very nice out of the box.

big bores working well using a setup similar to tom's weston park :)

car is very easy to work on too with some neat refinements over the C4.1

multiple battery placement gives a nice tuning aid too

Using the carbon chassis braces?

Big G 03-10-2013 02:30 PM

no :)

c4.2

has it bent or is it stronger than the c4.1

Big G 03-10-2013 02:51 PM

our track although quite bumpy doesn't actually have any jumps in it.

No bends, but the material is stronger than the original chassis' were. I'm confident these won't bend - especially with the braces fitted.

C4.2

I ordered mine have you done the b44.1 lowered wing mod

mikeyscott 05-10-2013 02:49 PM

Mine's been sat here a week. Both still in box

lloyd1 05-10-2013 08:30 PM

You have to build it up

mikeyscott 05-10-2013 09:38 PM

Leaning towards not bothering as once weights, carbon braces added that's getting on another £80+

So leaning back to a yokomo / 22

Only benefit initially was stack of big bore springs from kyosho/AE/tlr already and about 20 rear kyosho rims and 10+ fronts
