pinion and spur gear sizes for b4 with 6.5 or 7.5 brushless

hi could someone please give me a good starting point for gearing on a b4 with either 6.5 or 7.5 t motor.

depends how fast and the acceleration u want. i run a 7.5 with a 20 ish pinion and standard spur makes me smother an more consitant

Our lot all run 6.5 with the standard spur and we use either 20, 21 or 22.
