APEX GP 8/9/13 Timings & Details + MEGA RAFFLE
 

APEX GP details.
Pitting will be open from 8.00am on the grass only. Committee will be pitting by race control, the rest of the internal pitting area will be track to race on.
Track open from 8.00am to 9.15am ‘open practice’
Booking in will open at 8.15am until 9.15am
Drivers briefing 9.30am
First race at 9.45am
The format is REEDY STYLE which will be fully explained at the briefing, please listen!
We hope to give you at least 7 races each! At present there is 1 x 4wd heat and 1 x Truck heat (each heat different grid). This might change to two heats on the day if there are turn ups.
Throughout the day there will be a lunch break and also special racers, featuring the Buddy Race (Sponsored by Rudebits), Vintage Race and Big Wheeled Truck Race (both subject to numbers).
Trophies will be awarded for the top Under 16 year old and the top 5 in 2wd, top 3 in Trucks and 4wd!
Food van will be there from early on.
Should wrapped up by 4.30pm.

Are we allowed to park our road cars on the grass?

Yes, cars on grass ok, as well as gazebos etc etc

Is there mains power on Sunday for charging? Or do we need to bring 12v or gennys

Hiya,

There will be one spur of mains to the grass. If you have genies or 12v bring them along. If you have nothing I am sure you can link into other supplies, just bring an extension lead.

Pre entries have gone really well.

We have 46 x 2wd, 12 x 4wd and 10 x trucks.

LIMITED entries will be permitted on the day subject to classes filling out.

Please book in if you are coming along as it will ensure you get to race as a priority over people who are not!
