The Shetlands, parts of Wales and Barnsley have the most overweight people, with 10-15% of the population being obese.
Here are the top twenty 'fattest' places in the UK:

not suprised about the slimest areas, costs about 20 quid for a sandwich in those places

Granted Surrey & Kensington & Chelsea food may be dearer, but I think a lot of it's to do with the demographic make up of the population in several of those area's mainly due to their ethnic backgrounds.
