I've had cause to use them a couple of times recently and they've been excellent.
Try giving them a call.

If its the screw that goes through the thrust washer, then the edge of the shoulder gets a little burred up from having the thread cut on it. I just gently filed it off with a small fine file and it pops right though.

Not ideal, but will get your diff built :)

I would rather have a replacement than fiddle about with it

After taking 3 attempts at getting a response on every issue I've had and have to email sales instead I decided to turn my back on TD. Shame really but at was starting to spoil my hobby so went to Yokomo instead. The quality of Yokomo is in a different league compared to TD of late.

I also strugling to get support from durango. I managed to brake one part while assembling DEX408. Also realized one part comes bent from factory. Emailed about that 2days ago, no response at all. No after sales support at all. Is it the way how durango cares about customers?

NeilRalph77 28-08-2013 07:36 PM

Never got my replacement DIMEC I was promised after mine failed instantly, the initial response was excellent but it was at the time of the spec B release so I was told if I could wait I'd get the new chassis not the old, strangely I don't even get a reply when I ask about it now.

I just got response from durango about 7days ago. They asking email pictures with the problem. Did that pretty quick. And silence again for while. I bought wrong car with pretty crappy support. My advise guys never buy any durango.
