kyosho zxr/maxxum ff front wheels
 

Hi there. Is it still possible to buy kyosho or any other make of front wheels that fit onto the hexs of the early optima, lazer, maxxum ff. Any info would be much appreciated.

I have a second hand set of OT-121 front stock wheels from a lazer ZX / Optima Mid Custom. (they are from a shelfqueen)
They fit on every hex optima maxxum lazer optima mid series. See pictures.

Annsman mad rat 2wd front and rear 2wd are hexed and 2.2inch flat dish and look great. Also identical width to the zx/zxr

Thanks for the replys. I've got a set of the original wheels, I'm looking for a set I can use to race with. Are the mad rat wheels a direct fit on the kyosho hexs???

The Kyosho buggies use a 12mm hex drive, which is still one of the industry standard wheel fitting. Take your pick of wheels from Kyosho, Ansmann, Team C, Tamiya, Traxxas or HPI and all are a direct fit on old Kyoshos.

Yes direct fit and the dimensions are exactly the same as the zxr but look much nicer
