GO ON JIMMY LAD! jus seen this on my email as im a member of freecycle. is jimmy secretly bodybuilding? so he can maybe erect a rostrum on his own? or pulll off a turnbuckle with out pliers?

i use one, and u can make your own resistance by standing in different widths.

the Gym at work is sadly a restplace for the workmen who are building some new offices for us - so there's no more weight lifting until the work is complete and things are back open again :( so I need my own - 15kg is my limit tho haha.

I'd stand on that contraption and ping it into my face and lop my head off no doubt - not for me! lol
