Lipo storage on UAC50 charger
 

Hi guys,

I've chosen lipo 2s, then it asks amps between 0.1 and 1.0

Is 1.0 correct?

Sounds wrong. Ive been told if your storing a saddle pack thats 5600 the charge at 5.6, but when storing only three quarter charge it as fully chsrging will make the packs expand.

1.0 is fine.
They charge 5x faster than that, They get discharged a lot faster than that in the RC.

if I remember right the uac50 only discharge stores not 100% sure but from memory and post above I think so

Yep, 1amp is the max on storage mode. So if used it will charge up to storage point, or discharge down to it if you haven't run the cell.

And quite right, up to 5amp on balance charge. At 1c charge according to Mah of your battery, eg 3300 mah = 3.3amps.
