Anybody flying these?

I realise it's a little small compared to some of your builds :), but it's honestly the best bang for buck RC I've ever had.

So easy to precisely fly indoors, yet still has the authority to deal with some breeze outdoors despite being tiny and only £35 all in!

I had one of those - Liked the quad, hated the playstation transmitter. It was the reason I switched to WLToys (the transmitter), although the quad is slightly better than the 949.

At that price in the UK they should sell in vast quantities!
There is a "gadget shop" type thing in McArthur Glen at York that sells WLToys stuff for over 3 times what I paid from banggood (and carry no spares) so this really is a good deal.

I purchased an X4 last week, good value IMO, instructions leave a little to be desired, too much emphasis on reversing controls etc rather than correct calibration for instance.

I have bought some new blades as, during my 'learning' phase, lol, they would pop off regularly until finally they'd pop off during normal flight.

I soldered up a charge lead using the supplied plug & some bullet connectors so I can charge via my regular lipo charger rather than USB.

I then charged them all up & took it with me camping at the weekend :thumbsup:

This was my first quad helicopter. At first I was a little disappointed. Instructions are a little difficult to read. Plane level must be the beginning. This is fun to fly. I suggest a very open area to get used to it. Trim controls can be frustrating. There seems to be a delay in the time you press the button for kicks when really-inch (in my opinion). Therefore, it makes it difficult to adjust. Overall, very fun to fly. It makes me want to buy bigger and better.thanks for sharing .....

I just love mine....so does my jack russell though.:woot:
So not a lot of flying these days. :cry:
