finally progress

Finally getting the yoke setup sorted on Friday gone. Itend took 16 weeks for me to realise all I had to do was cut the front tyres in half. Doh!!!!!!!
Can now start pushing and Chase callum down :)

Friday racing is very competitive at the moment even if numbers are down a bit.

Few breakages on a few cars from the kink again, I don't know how we can slow cars down through that section. Don't know if anyone has any ideas.
I suppose we could swap the hump jump with the table top jump possibly?

Ha ha ha.
Nice one Lee.

So what has cutting down the front tyres done? More steering? Less steering?

I didn't find the kink too bad, but it did seem that if you got it wrong you were straight onto the end of a pipe. Could that end pipe be a bit shorter to allow for more of the white corner stuff?

It has reduced the steering, basically I had snap oversteer before so could only use 1/4 steering on the sticks. Now I have some understeer/sliding making the car predictable. I can now start adding steering back on.
The car is now consistent which showed in my laptimes as they were all mainly 14 to 13 seconds.
Amazingly the only additions beyond kit parts is lead for weight, harder springs front, tyres and shock oil. Great car the bmax2 mr.
